Trios Match!
Nick Wayne (with Mother Wayne & Kip Sabian)
& CRU—Action Andretti & Lio Rush
vs.
AR Fox & Top Flight—Dante & Darius Martin (with Leila Grey)!
AR Fox went airborne, diving over the top rope and crash landing on CRU! Back in the ring, Lio and Action double teamed AR Fox. Darius tagged in, using his size and speed to clean house on the opposition. Rush snap suplexed Darius. Lio kicked Darius in the spine. Dante grabbed a tag and used a springboard cross body on Rush for a near fall. Kip Sabian jumped on the apron to try to distract Dante. Rush tried to use the steel chain as the ref was dealing with Kip Sabian, but Dante pulled the chain out of Lio’s hands.
AR Fox nailed Nick Wayne with a corkscrew brain buster. Fox used a cutter on Andretti, and then a double cutter on Rush and Wayne! Fox flipped over the top rope, throwing his body at the CRU, and then taking out Nick Wayne. Mother Wayne shoved Fox off the top rope. Nick Wayne used the opportunity to wallop Fox with Wayne’s World and steal the win!
Best Wrestler Alive Max Caster Open Challenge Match!
“Platinum” Max Caster vs. Anthony Bowens (with Billy Gunn)!
Caster charged at Bowens, but Bowens blasted him with a big right hand strike! Bowens cracked Caster with a rolling elbow and pinned “Platinum” Max!
Kicking off the pay-per-view portion of DYNASTY…
2025 Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Quarterfinal Match!
“The Aerial Assassin” Will Ospreay vs. “The Jet” Kevin Knight!
“The Human Suplex Machine” Taz and good ol’ Jim Ross joined Excalibur on commentary.
Knight got the early advantage with a monkey flip, but Ospreay booted Knight in the face, knocking him out of the ring. Ospreay jumped over the top rope with a cross body press. Knight accelerated with a lariat and then a UFO splash. Ospreay fired back with a stundog millionaire and then a corkscrew kick.
Ospreay hit a Spanish fly on Knight. Will and Kevin traded chops and forearm shots. Kevin crumbled Will with an elbow strike. Kevin took Will off the top rope with a flat footed leap into a hurracanrana. Kevin countered an attempted Styles Clash on the ramp with a DDT to Ospreay!
Kevin Knight, moving with urgency, DDT’ed Will in the ring for a near fall. Knight countered another Styles Clash attempt with a hurracanrana! Kevin kicked Will out of midair as Will was looking for the Os Cutter! Knight splashed Will from the top rope, but Will kicked out again!
“Ospreay is resilient as hell, and Kevin Knight must be wondering what to do to beat Ospreay,” said Jim Ross.
Ospreay power bombed Knight and then hit the Styles Clash. Will followed up with an Os Cutter for a near fall! Ospreay smashed Knight with the Hidden Blade and scored the victory!
“Tremendous victory for Ospreay but what an awesome match to kick off Dynasty,” said Taz.
AEW World Tag Team Championship Match!
The Hurt Syndicate—Bobby Lashley & Shelton Benjamin (with MVP)
vs.
The Learning Tree— “The Red Wood” Big Bill & “The Bad Apple” Bryan Keith!
Big Bill and Lashley locked up. Lashley backed Bill into the corner. Big Bill went to work, using his size effectively to take out both members of the Hurt Syndicate. Big Bill scoop slammed Shelton and then Keith dropped a knee on Shelton.
Shelton bounced Keith back and forth off the barricade. Lashley nailed Keith with a delayed vertical suplex. Keith didn’t back down and used a drop toe hold on Shelton. Big Bill tagged in and took turns splashing Bobby and Shelton like a one man wrecking crew.
Big Bill planted Shelton with a sidewalk slam. Shelton countered a choke slam with a thrust kick. Bobby Lashley came in, but Big Bill picked him up and dropped him with the snake eyes in the corner. Outside the ring, MJF, from the front row, sucker punched Big Bill!
Shelton clobbered Keith with a German suplex. Bobby Lashley speared Keith. Shelton covered Keith for the pin fall victory.
2025 Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Quarterfinal Match!
TBS Champion “The CEO” Mercedes Moné vs. Hounds of Hell’s Julia Hart!
Mercedes sent Julia crashing into the corner with a drop toehold. Harley Cameron was watching the match backstage on a monitor. Julia used a back slide for a two-count. Julia cracked Mercedes with a lariat to the back of the head. Julia bounced Mercedes’ head off the mat repeatedly.
Mercedes got a running start and smashed Hart with a meteora off the apron. Mercedes went for the amigos suplexes, but Julia stopped her at the third one. Mercedes tied up Julia in the tree of woe and took the boots to Julia. Julie used her core strength to spider suplex Mercedes. Julie connected with a big cross body on Mercedes on the arena floor. Back in the ring, Julia spiked Mercedes with a DDT for a near fall.
Mercedes countered a second DDT attempt with a lung blower. Julia rallied back with the flying octopus hold. Mercedes fell into the turnbuckles to escape. Julia went for a moonsault, but Mercedes raised her feet up to boot Julia in the face. Mercedes cracked Julia with two back stabbers. Julia grabbed Mercedes with a crucifix bomb for a near fall. Julia applied the Hartless, but Mercedes transitioned into the statement maker! Mercedes tied up Julia with a cradle and pinned her.
ROH Women’s World Champion Athena was scouting the match backstage on a monitor.
“A great back and forth between these two ladies,” said Schiavone.
AEW World Trios Championship Match!
The Death Riders—Claudio Castagnoli, PAC, & Wheeler Yuta
vs.
Rated FTR—Cash Wheeler, Dax Harwood, & Cope!
Pac quickly went for the Brutalizer, but Dax grabbed the ropes. Cope calmed down Dax and tagged in. Yuta yanked on Cope’s arm. Cope grabbed a handful of Yuta’s beard and sent Yuta into the turnbuckles. Cash came in with a shoulder block to Yuta.
Rated FTR worked as a cohesive unit, cleaning house on the Death Riders. Yuta shoved Cash off the top rope, sending Cash into the waiting European uppercut from Claudio. Cash caught Yuta in the air with a power slam, though.
Claudio and Dax got into a palm striking contest until Claudio finished it with a European uppercut. Claudio put Dax into the Giant Swing and then Yuta dropkicked Dax. The Death Riders triple teamed Dax with a flurry of offense. Claudio threw Yuta onto Dax with the fastball special, and then Claudio threw Pac onto Dax. Luckily for Rated FTR Cash was there to save his partner and break up the pin attempt.
Couple spiked Pac with the Impaler. Cope superplexed Pac and then Dax and Cash put an exclamation point at the end of the sentence with the Power and Glory. Pac regained momentum for his team putting Dax into the Brutalizer. Cash was there to break up the submission attempt for his partner.
FTR rocked Yuta with the Shatter Machine. Cope speared Yuta but Claudio acted as a battering ram to break up the pin attempt. Cope went to spear Yuta, but Yuta jumped out of the way. Cope’s momentum almost carried him into Dax, but Cope stopped in the nick of time. Yuta shoved Cope into Dax, and they bonked heads. Yuta rattled Dax with the Busaiku knee out of nowhere and retained the championships for the Death Riders.
“A miscalculation from Cope, but you have to give Wheeler Yuta his due,” said Nigel McGuinness.
After the match, Dax grabbed Cope and spiked him with a piledriver. Cash gave Dax a chair so they could put Cope in a conchairto, but Cash shoved the chair away. Instead, they went for the Shatter Machine. FTR followed up with a stuffed piledriver onto a steel chair! Then Cash grabbed the chair and hit Cope with the conchairto! Cope was stretchered out of the ring by medical staff.
AEW Women’s World Championship Match!
“Timeless” Toni Storm (c.) (with Luther the Butler)
vs. Megan Bayne (with Penelope Ford)!
Bayne caught a kick from the champion and sent Toni for a ride with a suplex. Bayne followed up with a fallaway slam. Bayne went for a tope, but Storm moved out of the way. Bayne wiped out Luther. Storm used Luther as a launching pad and then DDT’ed the challenger!
Ford grabbed the boot of Storm to distract her. Bayne clobbered Storm, seizing the opportunity. Megan splashed Toni in the corner and then tossed the champion with a suplex. Bayne rag dolled the champion with three consecutive lariats. Bayne decimated Toni with three suplexes in a row.
Luther carried Penelope Ford on his shoulders to the back, sick of her interference. Toni DDT’ed Megan. Toni applied an Indian death lock STF variation. Bayne powered her way to the ropes to force the ref to break the hold.
They traded strikes on their feet. Toni stormed Bayne, getting the better of her. Toni rocked Bayne with a German suplex. Bayne blocked a running hip attack and German suplexed the champion this time. Bayne blasted Toni with a Falcon Arrow.
Toni cracked Bayne with a headbutt on the point of the jaw. Toni followed up with the running hip attack. And then a second hip attack! And a third! Toni smashed Bayne with the Storm Zero and went for the cover, but Bayne kicked out!
Bayne delivered a lariat. Bayne power bombed Storm! Bayne went for the Fate’s Descent, but Toni countered with an inside cradle and pinned Bayne!
2025 Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament Quarterfinal Match!
Mark Briscoe vs. “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher (with Don Callis)!
Fletcher hit a tope as Briscoe was making his entrance. Briscoe intercepted a boot and served up some redneck Kungfu. Briscoe followed up with a flipping neck breaker off the apron. Briscoe dropped the Cactus elbow off the barricade. Briscoe began throwing chairs into the ring. Fletcher grabbed Mark and suplexed Briscoe right onto the chair. Konosuke Takeshita was watching the match backstage on a monitor.
Kyle Fletcher power bombed Briscoe right onto the barricade! Briscoe fired back with a shotgun dropkick off the top rope. Brody King was backstage watching the match on a monitor. Kyle and Mark collided with running lariats, both men of similar mind.
Fletcher picked up Briscoe and launched him into the turnbuckles like a javelin. Fletcher hit a protobuster, but Mark kicked out at the two-count. Briscoe came back with a sliding lariat and then the Froggy Bow for a near fall on Fletcher.
Briscoe drilled Fletcher with a cutthroat driver! Fletcher rolled out of the ring. Briscoe took flight with a Froggy Bow to the outside! Mark went for a third Froggy Bow but this time Fletcher blocked it. Fletcher nailed Mark with a turnbuckle brain buster and picked up the win!
ROH World Championship vs. Mask Match!
“The Nueve” Chris Jericho (c.) vs. Bandido!
“Chris Jericho has made this match more personal than I think he even realizes,” said Excalibur.
Jericho went for the Code Breaker immediately. Bandido kicked out at the two-count. Jericho followed up with the lionsault, not wasting any time. Bandido kicked out once again. Jericho punched Bandido, staring at Bandido’s mother and sister who were sitting in the front row.
Bandido connected with a tope suicida. Bandido followed up by flying over the top rope and wiping out the champion. Bandido whipped Jericho into the guardrail. Bandido blasted Jericho with a big tornillo. Bandido planted Jericho with a delayed vertical suplex.
Jericho caught Bandido and power bombed Bandido from the apron to the arena floor. Back in the ring, Jericho and Bandido got into a striking match. Jericho booted Bandido in the head. Bandido drove Jericho down with a DDT. Jericho dropkicked Bandido and then taunted Bandido’s family. Bandido power bombed Jericho off the turnbuckles, using the distraction to his advantage.
Jericho countered a power bomb from the top with a hurracanrana. Bandido pressed up Jericho and slammed him. Bandido followed up with a frog splash for a near fall. Jericho countered a tornillo, putting his knees into the ribcage of Bandido, good for a two-count. Jericho countered a 21 Plex with a roll-up for a near fall. Jericho locked in the Walls. Bandido found the strength to reach the ropes.
Bandido clobbered Jericho with a thrust kick. Bryan Keith hobbled to the ring, but Gravity sprinted down and began to brawl with Keith. Jericho grabbed a baseball bat as the ref was distracted and cracked Bandido with it! Jericho covered Bandido and stole the victory!
Bandido’s mother and sister told ref Aubrey Edwards there was a baseball bat hidden near the steps that Jericho used on Bandido. The match was restarted. Jericho tried to grab Bandido’s sister, and she slapped Jericho. Bandido hit the 21 Plex and won the ROH World Championship!
TNT Championship Match!
Daniel Garcia (c.) vs. Undisputed Kingdom’s Adam Cole!
There is no time limit, no outside interference.
Cole clocked Garcia with a thrust kick. Cole jumped off the apron, looking for a Panama Sunrise, and tweaked his surgically repaired ankle as Garcia dodged him. Garcia began to kick at the knee and ankle.
Garcia nailed Cole with three consecutive swinging neck breakers. Cole grabbed Garcia and planted him with a neck breaker across his knee. Daniel drove through with a wicked lariat. Garcia spiked Cole with a twisting Gotch style piledriver!
Cole planted Garcia with the Panama Sunrise on the floor! Cole dropped his knee pad and went to lower the boom, but Garcia dropped flat out of exhaustion. Cole charged at Garcia, but his ankle gave out. Garcia drilled Cole with the Panama Sunrise and then lowered the boom for a near fall, hitting Cole with two of Cole’s best moves!
Garcia looked over at the turnbuckles, thinking about inflicting some punishment to Cole the way MJF did damage to Garcia. Cole fought his way out of Garcia’s grasp, though. Adam Cole regained momentum with a Panama Sunrise. Cole delivered a second Panama Sunrise! Cole accelerated and lowered the boom, pinning Garcia and becoming the new TNT Champion!
“This has been quite the battle between the two. It’s been one of the great rivalries in AEW and now it culminates with Adam Cole winning the championship,” said Schiavone.
After the match, Cole and Garcia shook hands.
“The era of Adam Cole as TNT Champion has dawned,” said Excalibur.
AEW International Championship Match!
Kenny Omega (c.) vs. Ricochet vs. Speedball Mike Bailey!
Omega hit a diving cross body on Speedball after dueling chants from the crowd. Omega followed up with a hurracanrana. Speedball unleashed rapid fire kicks on Kenny. Bailey and Omega slapped Ricochet on the top of his bald head.
The fans chanted “Bald! Bald! Bald!”
Ricochet grabbed Speedball and dumped him off the barricade onto the back of Omega in a variation of a Death Valley Driver. Ricochet began to work on the lower back of Mike Bailey. Ricochet nailed Bailey with a Northern Lights suplex.
Ricochet dropped Omega with a flying forearm. Ricochet and Bailey kicked Omega in the head and then dropped one another with roundhouse kicks.
The fans chanted “A-E-W! A-E-W!”
Omega jabbed at Bailey, hammering at Bailey’s jaw. Bailey fired back with his educated feet, kicking Kenny in the chest. Bailey rocked Ricochet with a triangle moonsault to the arena floor. Omega wiped out Bailey and Ricochet with his terminator dive.
Bailey connected with a standing flipping knee drop on Ricochet. Speedball clocked Kenny with a corkscrew Time Adventure kick and went for the cover, but Ricochet pulled Bailey off Omega, breaking the ref’s count.
Omega rocked Bailey with a snapdragon suplex. Omega followed up with one for Ricochet. Omega decimated Bailey and Ricochet with a double snap dragon suplex, unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. Omega smashed Ricochet and Bailey with V-triggers.
Bailey went for a shooting star knee press, but Omega dodged it and locked Bailey into a knee bar. Ricochet connected with a 450 onto Omega for a near fall. Ricochet crushed Bailey with the Vertigo for a two-count.
Ricochet served up a shooting star press on Omega, but Omega kicked out. Bailey blasted Ricochet with the crane kick. Bailey went for the cover, but Omega took out Bailey with a V trigger right on target. Omega finished off Ricochet with an avalanche one-winged angel and retained the title!
“I’m going to remember this match for the rest of my life,” said Tony Schiavone.
After the match, Continental Champion “The Rainmaker” Okada got into the ring and Okada and Omega had a stare down.
“I assume Okada is putting Kenny on notice,” said Taz.
AEW World Championship Match!
The Death Riders’ Jon Moxley (c.) (with Marina Shafir)
vs. Swerve Strickland (with Prince Nana)!
Swerve and Mox chain wrestled at the start of the match. Swerve grappled Mox to the mat. Back on their feet, Swerve fired off some bombs. Swerve punted Mox from the apron. Moxley slugged Swerve with an elbow strike and knocked Swerve off the turnbuckle, sending him tumbling to the arena floor.
Mox whipped Swerve into the steel ring steps. Mox began to headbutt Swerve, trying to open him up. Mox threw Swerve over the announcers’ desk. Mox chomped down on Swerve’s forehead. Mox spiked Swerve with a DDT on top of the steel ring steps.
Mox used a stalling piledriver back in the ring. Swerve was busted wide open. Swerve hoisted up Moxley and power bombed him onto the mat, using it to escape a submission move. Swerve nailed Moxley with a series of vertical suplexes.
Swerve used a back breaker on the champion. Swerve was looking for a flatliner, but Mox countered with a cutter. Mox applied a bulldog choke. Swerve escaped and found the flatliner he was looking for earlier.
Swerve blasted Mox with the House Call kick. Moxley connected with a lariat, but Swerve rallied back with a House Call kick, throwing everything into it. Marina jumped into the ring with the briefcase. Prince Nana got into her face, but Marina decked him with the briefcase. Mox went for a cutter, but Swerve side stepped it and Mox inadvertently hit the cutter on Marina. Swerve connected with a Paradigm Shift on Mox for a near fall.
Swerve was perched on top, thinking Swerve Stomp, but Mox shoved Swerve down to the floor. Moxley pulled a ladder out from beneath the ring. Moxley set up the ladder in front of the steel ring steps. Moxley and Swerve fought on top of the ladder. Swerve nailed Mox with the Swerve Stomp off the ladder and through the Spanish announce table.
Back in the ring, both men went back and forth, trading strikes. Moxley kicked the knee out from Swerve. Marina slid a chair to Moxley. Moxley whipped the steel chair at Swerve, but Swerve ducked it, and it knocked out ref Paul Turner.
“Hangman” Adam Page came down to the ring and got on the apron. The Death Riders descended on the ring and swarmed Page. Hangman fought them off! Hangman blasted Mox with the Dead Eye! The Opps sprinted down and leveled the playing field, brawling to the back with the Death Riders. Swerve cracked Mox in the head with the steel chair. Swerve smashed Mox with the Swerve Stomp!
The arena lights went out! The Young Bucks were in the ring when the lights returned! The Bucks bashed Swerve with the V-Trigger! Mox covered Swerve and pinned him, retaining the AEW World Championship with the help of the Bucks!
“Why would they do this? What is their motivation?” asked Excalibur.
“Maybe we’ll find out on Dynamite this week,” said Schiavone.
