This episode of AEW RAMPAGE was broadcast on TNT from the Total Mortgage Arena in Bridgeport, CT!


Excalibur, Tony Schiavone and “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard were the broadcast team for tonight’s event.

This…is…Rampage!


Hikaru Shida vs. Leila Grey!


Shida knocked down Grey with a shoulder tackle. Shida grabbed a waist lock and swung Leila around and then planted Leila Grey on the mat. Shida followed up with a running knee strike. Leila fired back with a shotgun dropkick. 


Shida ducked a chop and slugged Grey with an elbow strike, flush on the jaw. Grey retaliated with a running bulldog out of the corner. 


Grey and Shida exchanged forearms in the center of the ring. Shida got the upper hand and pounded Grey with right hands. Shida dropkicked Grey from the middle rope for a near fall. Grey countered the katana with a roll-up, but Shida kicked out at the two-count. Shida nailed Grey with the Falcon Arrow and picked up another victory!


The Conglomeration’s Mark Briscoe vs. The Premier Athletes’ Ariya Daivari (with “Smart” Mark Sterling)!


Briscoe shoved Ariya. They locked up and Mark knocked Ariya right down to the mat with a shoulder block. Mark Briscoe unleashed his redneck Kungfu, clobbering Ariya Daivari. Mark followed up with a vertical suplex. 


Daivari caught Briscoe with a jaw breaker. Mark whipped Daivari into the barricade. Mark threw a chair into the ring. Mark was going to use it as a launch pad, but Mark Sterling yanked it out of the ring. 


Ariya Daivari drilled Mark with a neck breaker on the arena floor. They returned to the ring and Daivari gouged Mark’s eyes. 


The fans chanted “Dem Boys! Dem Boys!”


Daivari clocked Mark with a short arm lariat, followed up by a DDT for a near fall. Mark rallied back with open hand palm strikes. Briscoe took Daivari off his feet with a big elbow strike. Mark blasted Daivari with a fisherman buster! Mark scored with a Death Valley Driver. Daivari knocked Briscoe off the ropes. 


Daivari was looking for a Jay Driller to add insult to injury but Mark back dropped out of it. Sterling jumped on the apron, but Rocky Romero pulled him down! Rocky slid a chair to Briscoe. Mark catapulted off the chair, over the top rope, and crashed onto Sterling and Daivari. Mark landed the froggy bow and pinned Daivari! After the match, Mark stunned Sterling with a Jay Driller for good measure!


Komander (with Alex Abrahantes) vs. The Conglomeration’s Rocky Romero!


Komander used an arm drag off the ropes to take down Rocky. Komander followed up with a tope suicida, headbutting Rocky right in the jaw. 


Rocky cracked Komander with a back breaker. Rocky superplexed Komander, driving Komander spine first onto the mat. Komander returned fire with a forearm. Komander moonsaulted off the top rope to Rocky on the arena floor!


Rocky came over the top with the sliced break for a near fall on Komander. Rocky spiked Komander with a DDT but Komander kicked out just in time. Komander grabbed Rocky and rammed him with a running power slam in the corner turnbuckles! Komander pinned Rocky after landing the shooting star press off the middle of the top rope!


LFI’s Rush & The Beast Mortos (with Dralistico) vs. Richard Holliday & Alec Price!


The Beast Mortos bulldozed Price with a running tackle and then power slammed him! Rush tagged in and chopped Price to the mat. Rush spat at Holliday. 


Holliday entered the match and traded strikes with Rush, but Rush dropkicked Holliday in the back of the head. Rush rammed Richard Holliday into the barricade and then swarmed him. Rush stomped a mudhole on Holliday and then clobbered Holliday with the Bull’s Horns, grabbing the pinfall victory!


“That was an ass-kicking, guys,” said Tony Schiavone.


Rampage Main Event Time!

Ricochet vs. Top Flight’s Dante Martin!


Dante looked for a sunset flip, but Ricochet countered with a roll-up. Ricochet connected with a dropkick. Both men were matching one another move for move. 


“You can tell Ricochet’s experience is coming into play here,” said Tony Schiavone. 


Dante cracked Ricochet with a jumping knee strike on the arena floor. Ricochet came flying in with an elbow to Dante. Dante cartwheeled off the ropes and moonsaulted onto Ricochet! Dante followed up with a tope suicida and then a cross over frog splash for a near fall on Ricochet. 


Ricochet was looking for Vertigo, but Dante countered out of it. Ricochet rocked Dante with a northern lights suplex followed by a brain buster and then a running shooting star press! Ricochet dropped Dante with a knee strike. Ricochet stunned Dante with a thrust kick and then a blue thunder bomb, but Dante kicked out just in the nick of time! Ricochet finished off Dante with the spirit gun and pinned the formidable foe!
